Order Cancellation Guide

In case you have changed your mind after placing an order, you have 24 hours to cancel your order before it´s shipped.

Steps to Cancel Order:

  1. Contact our support manager by writing to [email protected]
  2. Send us your Order ID and description of the issue.
  3. Discuss with our support manager possible resolutions, including moneyback or model exchange.
  4. Follow personal instructions given by our manager.
  5. The refund is made to the same credit/debit card or bank account that you used for placing an order.

The sum of the refund in case of order cancellation before shipping equals 95% , while 5% are deducted as Safe Charge fee.

Please, note, in case your order was shipped before cancellation, you shall receive the package first and then follow individual instructions to return it and get the refund.
